Order Processing

All orders are processed after payment has been received and cleared.

Custom-made and personalised products require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated production times will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

We aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible; however, dispatch times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, shipping method selected, customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, and other factors outside of our control.

Any delivery dates or estimates provided are for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, fees, or other charges imposed by their local authorities. Dial Maker is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Dial Maker is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied by the customer.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

If your order is lost, damaged, or significantly delayed during transit, please contact us at contact@dialmaker.co.uk and we will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue.

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our direct control.

Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
