Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items returned without first contacting us and obtaining approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or you have received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at contact@dialmaker.co.uk so that we can assess the issue and resolve it appropriately.

Custom & Personalised Products

Many of our products are custom-made, personalised, or manufactured to customer specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all customisation details before placing an order. Dial Maker is not responsible for customer-submitted spelling mistakes, design choices, logo usage, artwork, or other content supplied by the customer.

We accept returns of custom products within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is returned in its original condition and has not been used, worn, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied goods.

Dial Maker reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that may infringe the intellectual property rights of a third party.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of many of our products, exchanges are generally not available. If an item is eligible for return, the fastest way to obtain a replacement is to return the approved item and place a new order.

European Union Cooling-Off Rights

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods.

However, this right does not apply to personalised, custom-made, or made-to-order products manufactured to your specifications.

Where cancellation rights do apply, items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to complete the transaction.
